“M de Noir” l’atelier de chocolat gourmet, a enfin ouvert ses portes à Bayada. Ayant acquis son savoir-faire en France, dans les prestigieuses écoles de Valrhona et du Ritz Escoffier, Maya Maalouf Kanaan invite les fins gourmets à un assortiment de confiseries nobles et artisanales concotées avec le plus grand soin et comportant diverses créations chocolatées pour toutes les occasions. “M de Noir” lance aussi un nouveau concept sur le marché libanais, invitant les passionnés du chocolat dans ses coulisses, afin de découvrir sa fabrication et se régaler d’une bonne dégistation. De plus, chaque samedi matin, “M de Noir” ouvre ses portes aux enfants pour leur apprendre les origines du chocolat et leur donner l’occasion de créer et décorer leurs propres tablettes.
