Four years after opening its atelier/boutique in Bayada, M de Noir opens its first Beirut branch in Monot, Achrafieh. The shop offers M de Noir various artisanal chocolate creations, the extensive choice of unique ice cream flavors and the exquisite delights such as marrons glacés, calissons, pâte de fruits or guimauve.

“ESPOIR ETRANGER” AWARD
Maya Maalouf Kanaan has won the Club des Croqueurs du Chocolat’s “Espoir Etranger” award, conferred at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris on October 31, 2014. Maya is the very first chocolatier from the Middle-East to win such an award.
BAKE FOR A CAUSE
Maya Maalouf Kanaan has participated in Moulinex “Bake for a Cause” campaign, to allow the association she chose, Hadanat el Tofel orphanage in Zahlé, to win a considerable money prize.
